It enables third party venders to develop new applications that enhance the value of the cellular phone to the end user while maintaining the quality and reliability of traditional operator services. The openness enables to expand business relationships, eco-systems surrounding mobile platform and ultimately end-user’s satisfaction.

The Service and Security Project is focusing on system level technologies to support the premise. The platform provides reliable and secure foundations for running applications and providing backend services. Our research interests include dependability, platform security, virtualization and use of hardware function for security support.
